Since its early beginning, OnlineMeanwell.com has provided quality service and products to our customers through our catalog and website. In order to improve your experience on our website, we have outlined details below on how to use it. Back Orders

At OnlineMeanwell.com we do everything in our power to have all products on the shelf and ready to ship. When you order an item that is not in stock, you may select from the following options during your checkout:

No Back Order – Ship what is available; remove out-of-stock items from the order.

Back Order – Ship all in-stock items. Out-of-stock items will ship when they become available with no additional shipping charges. If backordered items cannot be shipped within 60 days of the original order, the backorder will be cancelled.

  • We select the carrier for backorder shipments.
  • All orders are submitted via the internet and downloaded within minutes to allocate inventory for you.

While we maintain deep inventory levels, items shown in stock at the time you place your order may become allocated by orders taken previous to yours. In the event we cannot fill your order in its entirety, we will:

U.S. Customers – Ship in-stock items and backorder the remainder.

International Customers – Ship in-stock items and remove out-of-stock items. Please re-order when stock arrives. You may elect to receive an email notification of stock. Simply visit the product detail page and enter your email address

Special Orders

If we do not stock the item you need, we are happy to check price and availability thru our many suppliers. Contact us at sales@onlinemeanwell.com. Special orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable and may require pre-payment.


The prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars. All quantity price breaks apply per individual part number only. Sorry, no mixing for lower prices. Email sales@onlinemeanwell.com for large quantity pricing.

Payment Methods

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are available to customers within the United States, Canada and Latin American countries.


If you choose the PayPal option and do not have a PayPal account, you may register at http://www.paypal.com and then submit your payment to sales@meanwell.com.co. Once we receive confirmation of deposit from PayPal, your order will ship and a confirmation of shipment emailed. PayPal terms are available only to registered and verified PayPal buyers. Order must ship to bill-to address on file with PayPal.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect 7% Florida state sales tax when orders ship to a Florida address. Customers with a signed tax exempt certificate on file complete with a valid reason for claiming exemption are not charged sales tax.


When we have an email address on file for you, we will email you a shipping confirmation which provides a link to your online invoice. In addition, invoices are viewable/printable at www.onlinecomponents.com

Shipping Charges

Due to actual and/or dimensional weight, some orders require Truck Freight and do not qualify for Free Economy Shipping. We will notify you prior to shipping. You may advise us of your preferred carrier or we can assist you in finding the lowest rate. Terms are Freight Collect.

Change / Cancel Order

Because our order processing occurs within minutes of receiving an order, changes cannot be made to quantities, part #'s, shipping methods, or address.

Void Order: If your order has not been invoiced, you may instruct us to void the order so that you can submit a new, revised order. Please allow 3-7 days for the original credit card authorization to drop off.

Refuse Shipment: If your order has shipped, you can refuse the shipment. We will process a refund once the refused shipment arrives to our facility. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is deducted from refund.

The following UPS Package Interception services are available (but not guaranteed) for orders in "Shipped" status. 
UPS charges $12 (per box) Interception Fee.:

  • Redirect – Change ship-to address. UPS will permit redirects for a fee when instructed by OnlineMeanwell.com
  • Reschedule delivery date
  • Will Call – Hold package at UPS hub for customer pick-up at no cost

Purchase any of the quality products on this website and if for any reason you decide the part does not suit your application or just isn't for you, simply return it to us in new, pristine condition within 30 days of the purchase date and we will promptly issue you a merchandise credit or refund, whichever YOU prefer.

Please read Merchandise Returns Terms and Conditions before returning products. Restocking fees (up to 30%) or denied returns may apply when conditions are not met.

Returns Terms and Conditions

Merchandise returns (all reasons) over $50 require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Email sales@onlinemeanwell.com. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the outer carton.

Refund exceptions made to this policy are for store credit only. All other refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Return all accessories, manuals/instructions, warranty cards, manufacturer packaging (including factory box, foam, fillers, and padding), hardware (grills, screws, etc.) and printed material (booklets, manuals, instructions, etc.) Fees imposed to us by our supplier to replace packaging, hardware, or printed materials are deducted from the refund amount.

Return postage-prepaid and insured via ground or parcel post. Package the product to protect it from damage in route to OnlineMeanwell.com. Insure the package for the value of the product. In the event the returned package is damaged in route to OnlineMeanwell.com due to insufficient packaging, you may file a claim with the carrier. Insufficient packaging may be cause for some carriers to deny damage claims.

Most returns processed in 3-4 business days. Please note some returns may require extended processing days for technical evaluation, peak times, etc.

Nonreturnable Products

  • Special order items/quantities
  • Products with visible signs of use such as mounting marks*, scratches, solder, sealing caulk, dirt, sawdust or other debris/residue, extreme odors such as cigarette smoke

Warranty – Defective Merchandise

Limited Warranty – All new products in the catalog, unless otherwise warranted in their description, are warranted only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from date of shipment. No purchase order or verbal advice shall alter this. Warranties are shown on each product detail page at www.onlinemeanwell.com.

Disclaimer – There are no other warranties, either express or implied, which extend the foregoing, and there are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage due to defective or improper use of, products.

Remedy – We will at our election, and subject to availability, either replace, repair, or exchange any product we have sold with a defect in materials or workmanship, or issue a full or pro-rated refund/store credit for the purchase price plus applicable tax, providing you return such product to us, properly packaged and shipping prepaid, with a copy of your invoice and an explanation of the defect. The foregoing shall be the exclusive remedy for defective or nonconforming merchandise.

All defective returns are evaluated upon receipt. We do not refund products deemed defective as a result of mishandling or misuse.

Shipment Damage/Error

Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon delivery and report any damage or errors within 5 days of receipt of package.

  • Damaged Merchandise – Carriers will not permit claims after 5 days. Email images of product damages, manufacturer box, outer shipping carton, and shipping label to sales@onlinemeanwell.com. We will file a Damage Inspection Claim which results in a carrier follow-up to inspect your package. Carrier requires recipient to retain all boxes, labels, and packing materials until the claim has been approved. We will proceed with a replacement shipment once the carrier notifies us of claim approval.
  • Errors - Maintain copy of packing slip and shipping cartons while we correct the error.
